At Soda Centre & Home Brewer's Retail, we want to ensure your brewing success and satisfaction. While food-grade consumables and ingredients are final sale for safety reasons, we offer easy returns on unopened equipment and hardware within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your equipment is unused, in its original packaging, and that you have a valid receipt or order number.

  Contact Support

  Email our team or visit us in-store to initiate your return request and receive a Return Authorization number for shipped items.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our brewing experts inspect the returned hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
